Below are the Sign-On Bonus details. Now keep in mind that this is not a contractual bonus in where you must stay a period of time in order to receive the bonus. This specific bonus pays a portion at a time for your first year. Earn 25% upon your first hire and after six months, receive the remaining 50% after your first year.
